1.The sound stops when I lock my phone or get a call

Tinara is built to keep playing through the lock screen and alongside other apps' sounds — and to resume automatically after a phone call ends. If sound is cutting out for you, it's almost always one of these:

If none of that fixes it, email us the exact steps that trigger it — we treat this as our top priority bug.

2.How do I cancel my subscription?

Cancelling takes about ten seconds, entirely inside iOS — we never see or handle this ourselves:

You'll keep access until the end of the current billing period. No surprise renewal charges after that.

3.Can I get a refund?

All payments go through Apple, so refunds are handled by Apple, not by us. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com, or from Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Tinara → Report a Problem. Apple reviews each request individually.

4.Tips for better sound quality and volume

5.Is Tinara a medical treatment?

No. Tinara is a wellness app that supports relaxation and sound-based relief — it is not medical advice, a diagnosis, or a substitute for professional care. If your tinnitus is new, sudden, or getting worse, please see a doctor.
